Is it possible to create conditional page breaks with Opero Documents?

You can use the conditional section merge feature to create page breaks between merged field data. See this article for more information: https://kb.opero.com/documents/knowledge-base/template-configuration/

You may not be able to force an entire row to merge onto the next page if it will be broken up.  However, you can set a minimum row height to help control this.
