As you may know Professional Edition is limited in automation possibilities because it does not have access to apex, process builder, workflows like Enterprise. But Professional Edition now does give you the ability to create 5 workflows/process builders. But still no access to apex.
If you are working with Leads, Accounts, Contacts, or Opportunities then you can utilize the included field on those objects to automate a Document Action.
