Does Opero Documents support HIPAA compliance?

Opero Documents uses Google Docs to build and configure document templates. There is a direct connection between your Salesforce org and your Google Drive account that you authorize. Your data and documents communicates securely between Salesforce and Google. You can configure your Salesforce org permissions and processes to meet HIPAA requirements as well as your Google Drive.

One setting you want to set in the document action in Opero Documents should set the Google Doc to be Private.  Google Drive can support HIPPA compliance, see this Google article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/3407054?hl=en

You may also optionally enable a feature to delete the Google Doc after generated if desired to not retain any data in your google drive after the document generation. Then all data is stored in your Salesforce org.
