Grant Login Access to Opero Support

If you are using Lightning Experience, follow these steps:

  • Click on user pic icon in top right corner.
  • Under your name, click on “Settings.”
  • On Left side, you’ll see Personal Information and from that dropdown click on “Grant Account Login access.”
  • Find Opero support and update to reflect the amount of time you can give access to support.

If you are submitting a case to Opero support, please include steps to recreate the issue and a test record. If you are seeing a specific error message, please include the error message as well. Grant view access to any Google Doc template to support@opero.com. If saving the generated document to a folder, grant edit access to the folder to support@opero.com.
