I would like to have one master report generated to include multiple generated documents across different records in PDF format. Is this possible to do?

A5 Documents does not have a feature built in to merge multiple existing PDFs though we have built a PDF merge service that can be hosted on an Azure Cloud server if that would work for you.  Or you can build something as well using Apex and an external service to merge PDFs. You could also create a custom object like “Master Report” and then merge the individual object records as a related list so you can create one report for multiple Object records.
